Library Media Specialist at Buena Vista Elementary in Greer SC. I began my career teaching 5th grade before moving into 1st grade teaching Reading Recovery. I started teaching in the library/media center in 2008 and found my "happy place". I love being able to integrate technology and literacy into one. If you visit the BV Library, you will find a place full of activity. It's not your "grandmother's" library. There will be activity, collaboration, "making", and learning in motion.
