Our First Year as a 1:1 Chromebook School - What We Have Learned
We have just concluded our first year as a PLI/1:1 Chromebook school and want to share with teachers and staff from other schools what we have learned. Our team will share specifics about how we managed the PLI Chromebooks within our school: from preparing our students to receive/use their devices, distribution plans, managing repairs, as well as collecting devices at year-end. Team members will also share specific ideas and best practices for using Chromebooks in the classroom.

After this session you will be able to create a Google Form that sends an email to the appropriate staff member, generates a letter to mail or email home, and create folders to document all meetings.

Personalized PD: Teacher Innovation Plans
In this session participants will learn how to develop teacher innovation plans. This plan is unique to each teacher in the coaching cycle.This method allows both the coach or administrator and teacher to discuss possible challenges, select a specific challenge to address, brainstorm strategies to combat the challenge, implement the suggested strategies and reflect on what worked and what did not. The individual goal of each teacher is tied to a school/district innovation goal. Learn how you can get more out of 1:1 professional development with teachers.
