Personalized PD: Teacher Innovation Plans

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

In this session participants will learn how to develop teacher innovation plans. This plan is unique to each teacher in the coaching cycle. This method allows both the coach or administrator and teacher to discuss possible challenges, select a specific challenge to address, brainstorm strategies to combat the challenge, implement the suggested strategies and reflect on what worked and what did not. The individual goal of each teacher is tied to a school/district innovation goal. Learn how you can get more out of 1:1 professional development with teachers.
