Communication and collaboration minimize misunderstandings, builds trust, and establishes an effective work environment. Opportunities for reflection give stakeholders a platform to share ideas, express concerns and offer suggestions. This session will explore how online resources like Flipgrid, Padlet, and Mentimeter are used for communication and collaboration among staff, students, and school communities. Participants will learn basic features, share ideas, and identify the best resource(s) to use for the upcoming school year. Additional activities during this session will include: (1)Turn and Talk, (2) hands-on use of each online resource (3) final reflections via Flipgrid. A cellphone and laptop are required for this session.

I have been an educator since 2003 and I've worked with GCSD since 2011. Join me at UTC on 7/11 and 7/12 at 12:15pm for "Colorful & Creative-Google Drawing for All." This is a great app to keep you and your students engaged!
