Betsy Burr is a former elementary teacher with over 18 years of experience who doubled as a school-level TIS during that time. Currently, she is a coordinator of Instructional Technology for Kershaw County School District. As manager of KCSD's Canvas LMS, she plays a vital role in assisting teachers to personalize learning and develop blended learning environments. She supports all technology initiatives across the district along with supporting, administrators, teachers, students, and the community of Kershaw County School District. Her background in early childhood education allows for specialization in designing and providing training opportunities and support for all stakeholders.
