Betsy Burr is a former elementary teacher with over 16 years of experience who doubled as a school-level TIS during that time. Currently, she is a district-level technology specialist for Kershaw County School District. As manager of KCSD's Canvas LMS, she plays a vital role in assisting teachers to personalize learning and develop blended learning environments. She supports the building of grade-level benchmark assessments and collaborates with the curriculum and instruction department. Her background in early childhood education allows for specialization in designing and providing training opportunities and support for all stakeholders.
